Previously as Technical Implementation Architect at Guidewire Software, Lucas led major insurance platform implementations across Europe, including Aviva UK's largest commercial property system. At Deloitte, he specialized in transforming complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions for national clients in energy, insurance, and transportation sectors.
